INDISCIPLINE: AIG ALI SETS UP MONITORING UNIT

Being part of his plans to sanitize Zone 2 Command,Lagos,the Assistant Inspector General of Police in charge of the command,AIG Abdulmajid Ali,has set up a Monitoring Unit to go after recalcitrant and unprofessional members of the force within the zonal command and it's catchment areas.


The police boss had promised to sanitize the structures and operations of the command while addressing officers and men of the command on his arrival at the Zonal Command headquarters,Onikan Lagos on Monday,and vowed to curb any inappropriate and unethical acts amongst officers and men of the command.


The Zonal Monitoring Unit is being headed by a Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP) Adisa Muideen, a lawyer and seasoned police officer,who supports the present paradigm shift and reforms in the Nigeria Police Force. The officer in charge of the Monitoring Unit could be reached on his line 08038255873 for complaints and relevant information.


The Assistant Inspector General of Police,Zone 2,Lagos,AIG Abdulmajid Ali,has however reiterated his zero tolerance for indiscipline,corruption and inappropriate behaviors amongst officers and men of the Nigeria Police Force,particularly within the zonal command.
