How Court Upholds Amosun's Victory - @newstrawl

"The law of evidence does not allow a witness to make inference or give personal opinion but to state only fact" - Ogun Tribunal

‎"All evidences by PW9 is not admissible because he is an interested party and the statement contained his opinion and that of his group members
Exhibit P4275 (report of inspection of electoral materials by PDP) has no probative value, and can not be relied upon by this tribunal"

‎"All other exhibits (P1-P4274) were dumped on the tribunal."

‎Tribunal Chairman: The Onus to prove it's case beyond reasonable doubt lies solely on the shoulder of the PETITIONERS. (OMOBORIOWO Vs AJASIN)

‎Tribunal Chairman: Not enough for Petitioners to tender ONLY documentary evidence without linking it with ORAL evidence (PDP vs INEC)

‎"Mere allegations of irregularities and non compliance will not constitute a reasonable cause for action". -Tribunal.

"The Petitioner couldn't be contending in one breath that the election was void and in the same breath asking to be declared winner. It is inconsistence.

The tribunal can not grant prayers not contained in the petition"

‎GNI/PDP petition dismissed for lack of merit. The petitioner failed to proof his case.
