SARAKI: Shame from homeland!

Re: NAKSS SOLIDARITY SUPPORT FOR SEN (DR) BUKOLA SARAKI

Corrupt Leaders are the no 1 enemies of this nation and they must be jailed regardless of their tribe, religion or state. I got the highest shame from my homeland today. My state association, National Association of Kwara State Students (NAKSS) in a shocking move says embattled Speaker, Bukola Saraki, is been prosecuted for political interest and should be left scot free. NAKSS also claimed that Kwara State is being stained with Saraki's trial.
What a shallow argument from intellectually empty leaders in the interest of stomach infrastructure.

One would expect that as a reasonable Association, it leaders and members owe Nigeria a duty to collectively give every support possible in the fight against the monster that has ravaged our nation for this long.  I, Sodiq Oyeleke from Omupo (Ifelodun Local Government) bluntly refuse to buy into all the sentiments of witch-hunting, vendetta and the likes, as being expressed by  subversive elements in the NAKSS,as basis for what we are recently witnessing.

In fact, I wonder what all this noise about witch-hunting, selectiveness or vendetta or whatever they call it? To me, it's all bal-da-dash. I share the position of CACOL - Let's even agree that the CCB's action is selective, the reasonable question here should be; does it have a case at all against the accused?  If the answer is yes, then why all the fuss? Assuming only 5 out of 20 thieves are been selected for prosecution, does that remove the fact that those five are thieves? The point I believe these supposed critics should rather address here is; if thieves are selected, there is no way you could be among those selected if you are not a thief; and if you believe you have been selected in error, appear before the court and prove your innocence. I believe that settles it. Yes, Saraki has appeared before the court but the more he fights and move closer to justice, the more scared he and his cohorts, including NAKSS become.

What should be important to Nigerians and reasonable students should be that anyone that stole and is caught should be made to face the wrath of law. My kinsman ie Saraki  must go to jail if  found guilty. Kwarans eyes are now opened. I say no to Amala politics and Politician! I support justice and integrity! Empower the youths, develop our state and we ll defend you to the last!
Please share if you believe in justice b4 NAKSS begin to make Nigerians feel students are intellectually empty in Kwara State.
