Former Osun State Commissioner for Regional Integration and Special
Duties, Hon Ajibola Basiru, has felicitated with the Christian community in Osun, and Nigeria at large as they celebrate this year's Christmas.
Ajibola, in his goodwill message, called for sustained prayers for peace, unity and stability in Osun State, as well for our leaders to navigate rightly the ship of this nation.
"This period calls for continued prayers for our dear state. We must replicate the teachings and lessons of Christmas and continue to exhibit good character, as well as extend the hands of fellowship and build blocks of unity and understanding to all, irrespective of our perceived differences," he said.
While wishing all Osun residents a merry Christmas, he enjoined them to continue to reflect on the positive things that unite the state to
enhance its stability and prosperity.
