Osun State Governor, Mr Rauf Aregbesola, the state Assembly and Wale Babalakin have asked new Oluwo of Iwo, Oba Abdu-Rasheed Akanbi to ensure that peace reigns during his reign.
They gave the charge during the presentation of staff of office and instrument of appointment to the newly installed monarch.
According to Aregbesola the monarch must realise that people over whom the traditional ruler presides are diverse politically, ideologically, temperamentally, socially and by moral disposition.

forget. These are the king whose reign is peaceful and the one whose reign is characterised by turmoil and scattering."
