‘Consumer satisfaction responsible for our increased sales’
Managing Director, Consolidated Breweries, brewers of 33 Export Lager, Mr. Boudewijn Haarsma, has traced the company’s increased sale for 33 years to its ability to deliver quality product that matches consumers expectations.
Haarsma said this in a statement on Wednesday.
According to him, it is necessary for the company to deliver quality product as the competition for the share of the Nigerian consumers’ wallet has become stiffer.
He said, “Our commitment to consumer satisfaction is second to none. Nothing is left to chance in ensuring that brand promise is kept with the consumer at the end of the chain for a truly rewarding experience. We are relentless in our pursuit to provide high quality consistently, thereby meeting the expectations demanded by our customers.
“We perform a battery of quality checks in each brewery every day. These checks include microbiological and analytical testing of the product during each step of the brewing process. It also includes final tasting of our brew by highly trained individuals before it leaves the brewery.”
He added that the design given to the brand also contributed to its acceptance in the market.
He said, “The unpretentious credentials and outlook of the brand is further responsible for resonance the brand enjoys with its consumers.
“In a market where disposable income is under strain, consumers have to be smart about the choices they make without feeling left out on the jolly side of life. Affordable quality becomes a key influence I the decision making.”
